How many ground floor units do you have? 
38 one bedrooms and 6 two bedrooms.

What types of units do you have?
One bedroom brick ranches and two bedroom flats.

What about my privacy?
Every unit has a private entrance.

What types of services do you offer?
It depends on individual needs. We try to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

Are you handicapped accessible?
We do not claim to be handicapped accessible, however we are more than willing to customize a unit to meet your needs.

What other services are available?
In-home health care, meal programs, Laketran Dial-a-Ride, etc.

What is included in the rent?
Gas heat (individual hot air furnace and thermostat in each unit that the resident controls, not management), Frost-Free GE refrigerator, GE gas stove, hot and cold water, sewer, trash, one large storage locker, parking, 3 on-site laundries (coin-operated), grounds maintenance, snow removal.

Are you near public transportation? 
Yes, Laketran Route #6 stops at the street out front.

Do you allow pets?
Yes.  Indoor housebroken cats are welcome.

Do you have laundry facilities?
We have 3 laundries with easy to use coin-operated machines.

Are you a 55+ community? 
All ages are welcome and find that the Willo Vu Apartments of Eastlake meet their needs for affordability, convenient location, easy one floor living, and neighbors with common life experiences to share.

Why do people move back to Willo Vu Apartments after moving elsewhere?
Stop by and ask them.

Do you have a meeting room? 
Our large laundry room serves as a multi-purpose room. You can meet with friends and socialize and/or play cards at the sturdy round oak table.

Are you near any Senior Centers?
Yes, we are between the Eastlake Senior Center at JFK School and the Willowick Senior Center. Rides to JFK are free to Eastlake Seniors and meals at JFK are only $1.25 (subject to change).

What about extra storage space?
Our laundry rooms all have lockable storage lockers.

Are you a “Green” community?
We are actively pursuing energy conservation measures and believe in conserving natural resources as the right way of doing business. Our residents benefit because it makes their homes more comfortable and affordable.

Can I see my car from my unit?
Yes, everyone is able to see their car from their apartment.

Are parking spaces assigned?
No, we have plenty of parking for residents and guests.

Can I decorate the walls with my pictures, and shelves?
Of course, after all, it is your home.

Do you offer short term leases?
Yes, but at a higher rate than an annual lease.

Do you accept HAP vouchers?
No.

How much is your deposit?
Deposit varies based on applicant.
